Changing the way you experience your life

                   with online therapy

                Mindfulness * CBT * Existential

                                 Psychotherapy

Sometimes the realities of life can leave us with unmanageable amounts of:

worry & anxiety,

self-doubt,

despair,

depression,

panic,

anger

and general existential concern.

Psychotherapy can help.

The assumptions and expectations we have about life inform our reality and determine the quality and experience of our lives. Many of these 'core beliefs' are buried so deep inside of us that they're extremely difficult to find. This can make it hard to know what exactly our ideas about life are, let alone whether or not they're good ones to have. All too often, our underlying worldview is irrational, unhelpful, negative, and outdated, distorting our perspective and experience of life, leading us to live our lives in horribly despairing and insecure ways.

Are the thoughts we have about ourselves and the world based on old ideas that no longer serve us? Are they well-considered and our own?

Sorting these issues out with the help of a therapist sounds all well and good, but the modern situation can make that difficult to do, at least in-person. We move around a lot, we're expats, we live in areas where it's hard to find a good therapist. Online video sessions make it possible to get to your sessions no matter where you are.

Control what you can while being ok with what you can't.

Some people think psychotherapy is for the 'mentally weak', but nothing could be further from the truth. It takes guts, heart and spirit to dive into one's psyche

If you are interested in learning more about who you are, what makes you tick, and how to better control what you can while maneuvering through what you can't, psychotherapy is probably right for you

It could be that the therapists around your neighbourhood aren't a good match for you, it could be that there aren't any therapists around you at all. Maybe you travel frequently, or work keeps you on the move so much that you prefer a therapist that offers sessions online. Perhaps you just feel more comfortable in your own home - regardless of the reason, there are many benefits to conducting your psychotherapy sessions online

It's important to choose a therapist that works well with you
